![]() I don't like going through boilerplate support when I have already clearly outlined having done such things in my ticket. I personally haven't been in contact with tech support much, but largely haven't been impressed the few times I have. ![]() I once contacted our local apps manager regarding a complex helical groove programming issue - by that afternoon, he had me in contact with an engineer who specialized programming for turbine blades (similar principles to my application) and was a great help to getting me through the job. ![]() I know it doesn't fix the lack of responsiveness so far, but have you tried contacting the applications manager in your nearest sales office? As far as programming issues go, they may have or at least know an applications engineer with experience relevant to your issue, and can help you get it resolved faster than tech support. ![]()
